About Ogle School:
Ogle School of Cosmetology is a leading cosmetology school in Texas, dedicated to providing top-notch education and training in the beauty and cosmetology industry. We are seeking a passionate Art Director to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in helping position the Ogle School in support of our brand awareness, student prospecting, and engagement campaigns.
Job Description
The Art Director will help establish creative standards for Ogle School and ensure the successful execution of the image edit and file preparation for Ogle Schools brand across all marketing channels. . The Art Director is the key point person for communicating creative standards and guidelines related to lighting, posing, processing, cropping, editing and design. This role is for developing guidelines and ongoing direction for promotional and campus imagery in addition to marketing assets with the guidance of the Senior Marketing Director.
Resonsibilities

Create and contribute to in-depth guidelines in printed and digital format for brand standards as applied to all content and creative for the marketing department.

Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop new concepts and ideas related to final assets for marketing campaigns.

Regularly test new ideas with team and prepare presentations of options for updating art direction for branded assets as needed.

Participate in the direction and execution of campus-based editorial marketing image creation. This includes choice of talent, lighting, set environment, processing, and image editing.

Lead the direction and execution of on campus image and video creation. This includes creating mood boards, hair and makeup direction, choice of lighting, set environment, processing, and image editing.

While on set, work closely with the directors, photographers, and stylists to ensure image selects follow the standards of model posing, crops, image sequence, and photo set environment.

Generate PDF of lead images after each shoot session and circulate for immediate review and approvals.

Communicate final image edit handover to retouching team and maintain a strong working relationship with post-production to resolve any issues.

Work with team on daily workflow challenges and priorities to ensure the assets are delivered by deadlines and met monthly content requirements.
Requirements·

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in graphic design, video production, or art direction through previous roles.

Measurable track record of successfully developing and executing brand campaigns that drive results.
